Our company helps present and future generations feel better in their mind, body and spirit by awakening their innate capacity for self-healing and personal transformation through yoga. We teach lifelong, practical tools of yoga and meditation and ways to integrate them into our daily lives. Our programs give young people and those involved in their lives agency over their own health and well-being.
SOHAM is a social enterprise dedicated to providing lifelong, practical mental health tools to young people, parents, educators, and youth service providers through yoga. Our goalis to scale-up social change by integrating yoga and mindfulness into all public and private schools island-wide. We offer low cost, high impact programs through schools, nonprofits and youth service providers by working with sponsors and good corporate citizens in order to ensure our programs are affordable, relevant, and provide meaningful impact.

Our classical approach emphasizes that yoga is a vast life science best integrated into our daily lives and routines. We design for depth and transformation, with intentional focus on self-empowerment, self-inquiry, and self-actualization. All of our programmes include time for dialogue, movement, breath work, and meditation; employing CASEL’s S.E.L. framework for social and emotional learning. As an enhancement to talk therapy and medication our offerings are embodied, teaching body based tools that anyone can use on their own, anywhere, at any time.
